For this reason we have defined the following Service Policies applicable when paying for one or more services provided by 2Há:

Referring to 2Ha:

  • Satisfy the needs of the interested parties, providing a timely, reliable and valuable service.
  • Ensure the quality of services through the evaluation and fulfillment of our contracts.
  • Seek improvement and innovation of our service.
  • Provide the client with automated tools aimed at providing an effective service, promoting the necessary means to keep them informed about our service.
  • Promote an up-to-date and safe work environment within all the means of communication used.
  • Manage the necessary resources for the personal and professional development of our clients.
  • Recognize and encourage the performance of our collaborators, reflecting this in the provision of the service.
  • Entregar la terna de los candidatos dentro de la fecha estipula
  • Las fechas de entregan podrán tener cambios en los siguientes escenarios:
    – Días de asueto oficiales estipulados por la Ley Federal del Trabajo de México: 1 de enero; Primer lunes de febrero; Tercer lunes de marzo; 1 de mayo; 16 de septiembre; Tercer lunes de noviembre; 25 de diciembre.
    – Días de asueto no oficiales: Días Santos; 24 y 31 de diciembre.

Referring to the client:

  • Adhere to the guidelines and scope of the requested/paid service.
  • Respond honestly and accurately to the Job Profile document.
  • Stick to our platforms and media before-during-after the process.
  • Send and provide information and documentation required for the start of the service.
  • Use polite and proper language always and in every stage and situation of the process.
  • Provide resolution of doubts by the 2Há team in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to and respect the times stipulated in each of the stages of the process.
  • Make decisions in a timely manner as requested and required by the process and the Headhunter.
  • Take responsibility for the decision-making of the final candidate and the actions that this entails.
  • Make the guarantee claim if applicable, according to Service Guarantees.
  • Raise a ticket in case you want to report a fault or breach of the contract.
  • Respond in time to the Satisfaction Survey, for the correct closure of the service.

 

Our services

Package 1

It has a cost of $450 USD. Provides the service of 1 Agile Headhunting recruitment process.

This package delivers, within a period of no more than 15 calendar days, the presentation, summary and results of different tests of the 2 candidates who present greater compatibility with the organization. The final decision of the candidate to hire corresponds to the client company.

The guarantee(s), if applicable and as the case may be, have a standard validity of 30 calendar days from the closing of the service.

 

package 2

It has a cost of $840 USD. This package offers the service of 3 Agile Headhunting recruitment processes, each service independent of one another. To make use of the 3 processes, you have 60 calendar days from the payment.

This package for each requested process delivers, within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days, the presentation, summary and results of different tests of the 2 candidates who present greater compatibility with the organization for each of the three services. The final decision of the candidate to hire corresponds to the client company.

The guarantee(s), if applicable and as the case may be, have a standard validity of 30 calendar days from the closing of the service.

It has a cost of $2,450 USD. Provides 10 Agile Headhunting recruitment processes, each service independent of one another. To make use of the 10 processes, you have 1 full year from the payment.

This package for each requested process delivers, within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days, the presentation, summary and results of different tests of the 2 candidates who present greater compatibility with the organization. The final decision of the candidate to hire corresponds to the client company.

The guarantee(s), if applicable and as the case may be, have a standard validity of 30 calendar days from the closing of the service.

 

 

Conditions of Our Services

2Há is committed at all times and in each of the phases and stages of the Agile Headhunting process to:

  • SERVICE CONTRACTING
    • Show up and start the service in the time and manner stipulated in the Service Contract.
    • Provide true and correct data for the correct contracting of services, as well as for their payment.
    • Provide transparency before-during-after the contracting of service.
  • CONTRACTED SERVICE
    • Start according to what is established in the Contract, generating the first contact, as well as sending the official documents such as Service Contract, Policies, Guarantees, ETC.
    • Request in a timely manner all the information and/or documentation necessary for the correct fulfillment of the Agile Headhunting service.
    • Periodically and honestly report the status report of the service.
    • Deliver suitable candidates within the agreed time.
    • If any of the guarantees apply, address it and comply with it successfully.
    • Close the service, under the time established in the Service Contract.
  • FEEDBACK
    • Send the Satisfaction Survey at the end of the service.
    • Analyze, improve and channel customer responses to provide better service.

 

Client:

  • HIRING OF THE SERVICE
    • Evaluate and choose the package that best suits your needs.
    • Hire and pay for the desired service package, through the 2Há digital platforms.
    • Attend and verify that the data received in the invoice is correct.
  • CONTRACTED SERVICE
    • Respond promptly and cordially to the contact messages sent through the 2Há communication platforms.
    • Respond promptly and willingly by providing all the documentation and/or information necessary to cover the service.
    • Contracted Service Stages
      • 1 – JOB PROFILE
        • Provide truthfully and accurately all the information necessary for the correct creation of the job profile.
        • Create job profile with a salary no greater than $35,000 MXN.
      • 2– SERVICE STATUS
        • Communicate in a timely manner when there is any concern regarding the status of the service, all communication always through the 2Há communication platforms.
      • 3 – CONCLUSION OF THE SERVICE
        • Respect appointment times with final candidates.
        • Make the guarantee claim if applicable, according to Service Guarantees.
      • DELIVERY OF CANDIDATES
        • Critically evaluate candidates.
        • Choose the final candidate and take responsibility for said action.
      • FEEDBACK
        • Actively participate in answering our Customer Satisfaction survey, always answering truthfully.
