Por ello, RH se convierte en el actor clave para asegurar que el cambio se implemente con \u00e9xito y sin afectar la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la gesti\u00f3n del cambio es tan importante?<\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/change-management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">McKinsey<\/a>, el 70% de los procesos de cambio fracasan debido a resistencia interna, falta de comunicaci\u00f3n o ausencia de liderazgo.
